It’s hard to believe it’s been almost one year since I decided to leave my role as head of recruitment for Edwards Lifesciences and almost 20 since I walked from Georgia to Maine. Not sure why the hike is important, but it’s probably because walking 2,160 miles in 103 days was way easier than starting a business and writing a book.
The past twelve months months have been highly rewarding. I have been focused on building Med Device Talent from an idea to the number one search firm in the medical device industry.
A firm that is not just focused on sales, a team that understands the device industry as only an insider does. A firm that treats companies and candidates with respect and professionalism without pushy sales. I could not have done it without the support of many of you!

While the title is still in development, I can tell you that my new book focuses on helping people to develop the skills to get the job they want and advance their career.
